Shipping policy

WE ASK THAT YOU CHECK YOUR TRACKING NUMBER BEFORE CALLING!

When you submit your order and receive an order number, that indicates that we have received it. Within 48 hours, you will receive your tracking number. This means that we have gone ahead and processed your order. Unless it is during the holiday season, it may take up to a few days for you to receive a tracking number.

Please allow up to two to three days for your tracking number to be updated by either USPS or UPS. Upon leaving our warehouse, the package is in the care of the mail service. It is not our responsibility. Your location may affect the shipping time.

USPS or UPS may fail to deliver your package if your address is incomplete or an apartment number is missing. In this case, we are not responsible for the failure, so please double-check your address.
