WHAT IS SEA MOSS?
Sea moss, also known as Irish moss or red seaweed, is a type of algae that grows year-round in tidepools and inlets. It's found along the coastlines of Europe, North America, and the British Isles. Irish moss has long been especially prized for its medicinal properties. Irish moss contains every mineral needed for human health, including respectable levels of calcium, iron, and potassium, the three minerals listed on the FDA Nutrition Facts panels. Irish moss also contains appreciable levels of microminerals such as magnesium, manganese, and copper.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF SEA MOSS?
For children: Can speed up your child's growth and strengthen their skin, hair, and bones. Has proven to be beneficial, especially in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), as well as with anxiety and depression. Sea moss can help support and boost a toddler's immune system, digestion, immunity, and cognitive development due to its nutrient-dense composition. It can also contribute to healthy skin, hair, and nails, making it a beneficial addition to a toddler's diet.
Sea moss is rich in anti-inflammatory compounds and essential nutrients that can help soothe and heal baby eczema. Whether applied as a gel or added to their diet, sea moss may reduce inflammation and improve skin health.
Kids can be given 4 to 8 grams of sea moss daily.
Sea Moss and Allergies
Although rare, babies and adults can be allergic to sea moss. Like any other food, sea moss can cause an allergic reaction in some individuals, even though it is generally considered natural and safe for consumption.
What are the signs of an allergy to sea moss in babies?
Symptoms of an allergy to sea moss in babies, children and adults may include hives, itching, swelling, difficulty breathing, vomiting, diarrhea, or abdominal pain. If you suspect that your baby is experiencing an allergic reaction to sea moss, stop giving it to them immediately and seek medical attention.
HOW LONG DOES THE RAW SEA MOSS LAST?
Sea moss (dry, powder) can last for one year if stored in a cool, dry place, like your kitchen cabinet.
Sea moss gel lasts up to 1 month in the refrigerator and up to 3 months in the freezer.
Sea moss gummies can be stored in a cool, dry location for up to 6 months.

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
ALL orders ship within 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday EXCLUDING weekends and holidays). Sea moss gels are ONLY shipped Monday – Wednesday to make sure orders do not remain in transit over the weekend.
Please allow extra time during the busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays.
WHICH COURIERS DO YOU SHIP WITH?
We use two couriers. UPS and USPS. Dry products can be shipped with UPS or USPS. Gel products are strictly shipped with UPS to ensure that orders arrive to their destination within 2 business days. NOTE: If you are purchasing sea moss gel please provide a physical address when entering your shipping address to prevent shipping delays. P.O Box destinations are not supported by UPS.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER INSTEAD OF HAVING IT DELIVERED?
When your order is ready, you’ll receive a “ready for pick up” email. Local pick up is by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Once you receive your ready for pick up email, please text us at 973-609-9124 to schedule your pickup.
WHAT ARE THE STEPS I NEED TO TAKE IF MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL OR IF ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
Your email should include your name, order number, pictures of the product received (applies to damaged items) and any necessary details.
Please contact us up to 48 hours after delivery. We will do what we can to correct the issue. However, no refunds or replacements will be issued if more than 48 hours have passed since the order was delivered. See more details here.
